Scenario 2: The Regional Tour

Venues: Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Birmingham (1,500-2,500 capacity)

Artist: Luna Rivers (Emerging Pop Artist)

Challenge: Moving to larger venues in secondary markets with varying demand

An emerging artist with a growing fanbase wants to play larger clubs. You'll need to negotiate with multiple venues AND the artist's agent while adjusting deal structures by market.

Scenario 3: Blue Dots & Big Decisions

Tour: Post Malone & Jelly Roll Stadium Tour (22 dates)

Artists: Post Malone & Jelly Roll (Co-Headlining)

Challenge: Save a failing stadium tour with 35-60% unsold seats, 3 weeks before opening night

A massive co-headlining stadium tour is in crisis. Multiple markets showing heavy unsold inventory, secondary market prices dropping, and artists getting nervous. Make four critical decisions to save the tour.

Scenario 4: The Stadium Settlement

Artist: The Weeknd - After Hours Tour
